All Mission Villas' homeowners will enjoy the following basic services, which are included for a simple, monthly fee.

Lifetime Home Warranty - All the maintenance of your home, both inside and out, is covered. From the hardwood floors to the shingles on your roof, you will never have to worry about costly repairs to your home.

Utilities and Condominium Fees - For your convenience, all utilities, including electricity, water, sewer, natural gas, garbage disposal and cable television are included in your basic monthly fee. In addition, all fees relating to the condominium management and operating expenses are included in your monthly fee, and will not change.

24-hour Lifestyle Assistance - Community Assistants are on duty 24-hours a day to respond to any non-medical related requests. This will include a daily, unobtrusive, check-in program.

24-hour Emergency Response - Each home is equipped with monitoring and communication technology to contact a Community Assistant and emergency services at the touch of a button.

Insurance - Your home will be fully insured against fire and other loss. You will be responsible for keeping insurance on your personal belongings.

Landscaping and Gardening - Although our residents are welcomed and even encouraged to participate in gardening activities, a landscaper is on site to assist in all tasks ranging from mowing the lawn to planting annuals.

Grounds Maintenance - Maintaining a clean and safe environment is paramount at Mission Villas. A friendly groundskeeper is available seven days a week to ensure that pathways are clear and dry, streams and ponds are pristine and small handiwork for residents is completed in a timely and professional manner.

Transportation - Each homeowner will have access to scheduled transportation to a number of destinations including shopping, groceries and medical offices.

Recreation and Social Activities - An event coordinator will ensure a variety of scheduled programs and special events are available. See our Sample Activity Schedule.

Estate House Access - A spectacular Estate House is centrally located in the Mission Villas community. All residents will have access to an elegant dining room with a fireside lounge, an outdoor café, a beauty salon and barber shop, a fitness centre, a billiards room and library, as well as a multi-purpose room for community events and movies.

Internet Access - Each home is equipped with telephone and internet hook-ups in the bedrooms, living rooms and dens.

Optional Services may be purchased on an as needed basis, or our Community Assistants can tailor a service package that better fits the requirements of your lifestyle.

Dining - Residents have the ability to enjoy the fine dining and comfortable atmosphere of our Estate House dining room whenever they choose. Meals can be purchased individually or a convenient dining program can be created. To provide a further dining ease and enjoyment, meals from the Estate House dining room can also be delivered directly to the resident's home.

Scheduled House Keeping - While all our residents take pride in maintaining their own home, our neighbourly housekeeper can provide a weekly house cleaning for those boring tasks, or can help clean up after guests.

Linen Laundry - Recognizing the physical demands of changing linens and the importance of maintaining clean bedding, Community Assistants can provide a convenient weekly linen laundry service for each homeowner.

Extended Lifestyle Assistance - In home care services such as in-home meal preparation, home meal delivery, bathing, family correspondence, dog or pet walking, or appointment escort are available.

Personal Laundry - Laundering of personal items is available on a fee-for-service basis. In addition, there are laundry hook-ups in each home, and a no-cost laundry facility is available for resident's use in the Estate House.

Handyman Service - Our resident handyman can provide assistance from hanging pictures to moving furniture.

Bar Service - Enjoy an afternoon cocktail or dinner aperitif in our Fireside Lounge, Garden Café or Outdoor Patio.

Non-Scheduled Transportation - Transportation at non-scheduled times or to non-scheduled destinations is available on a fee-for-service basis.

Daily Bed Making - Our Community Assistants can ensure that you will enjoy a freshly made bed each night.

Guest Suite - A rental guest suite is available to accommodate visiting friends and family.

Parking - Secure, individual parking stalls are available in the underground parkade with easy access to the Estate House and the community. Parking is charged on a monthly basis.

Storage Lockers - Additional storage space is available on the lower level of the Estate House.

Special Events - Our Activity Coordinator will organize special theme dinners, winery tours, family brunches and a variety of entertainment for Mission Villas residents both within and outside the community.
